The Motor Architecture

- Custom Sintered Magnets: Utilizing N45SH and N52SH Neodymium grades that retain magnetic flux up to 150°C, eliminating the thermal fade seen in commercial motors.
- 0.2mm Laminations: Ultra-thin silicon steel stator laminations reduce eddy current losses by 15%, translating to 4–7 minutes of extra flight time per battery cycle.
- IP5X Sealing: Double-sealed ceramic bearings to withstand the micro-dust of the Thar Desert.
The Intelligent ESC
The “Glass Box” Standard
- Field Oriented Control (FOC): Proprietary Sinusoidal Drive algorithm analyzes rotor position in real-time, delivering silent operation and instant torque response.
- Granular Telemetry: The ESC streams real-time data on RPM, Voltage, Temperature, and Vibration directly to the pilot.
- Regenerative Braking: Energy recovery algorithms feed power back to the battery during descent.
